Once we have installed WP, DIVI is then loaded to your hosted space by us and then structured inline with the guidelines created during our project planning with yourselves. DIVI works seamlessly with leading WP ‘plugins’ like Woo-Commerce, all payment methods, membership database applications, accounting software and much more. Cabung have grasped the power of DIVI & Woo-Commerce to deliver a clear and professional looking online sales environment whilst having huge flexability in product count and child themes.

WEBSITE PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographing for the web or social media is quite different to normal photography. For a start, you must maintain quality through ‘downsizing’ images to an acceptable data size for swift download speeds and yet, retain the message you want the image to purvey to your website visitors. You will see from this website and our sister site, www.autophoto.co.uk, that we take photography seriously! Pictures say far more than words can and thus, we use images to help us design our websites around them. With Cabung, we have provided both our HDR photography and event photography services.

GOOGLE & BING SITE VARIFICATION – SEO – KEYWORDING
Due to the flood of poorly built websites allowing hackers, Trojans and viruses to penetrate the viewers data, Google and W3C have created strict guidelines on how to construct your websites correctly. Failing to do so can result in your site being ‘blacklisted’. We observe these rules and once we have completed a website build, we immediately subject the website to Google’s Site Verification process which provides us with ‘code’ to install in the backend of your website. This helps Google track and rank your website. Cabung is a unique automotive product with no competition or product category. As such, trying to ‘keyword’ or SEO the site was time consuming due to the evaluative process involved. Indeed, this formed part of their on-going service cover from us.

Cabung is run by an experienced businessman but needed help in marketing his unusual and unique product. We quickly identified Cabung as a ‘high-end’ luxury item that combines both enhanced car ergonomics with strong safety features. We re-branded the company, targeted a new clientele, and reviewed its price point. The website was designed to attract prestige automotive dealers and private owners of supercars etc. You will see form the Cabung BLOG that this approach proved to be an instant success! Our starting point was to utilise our Digital Marketing skills by evaluating the closest competition, their ‘keywording’, their presentations and straplines. Using powerful online Search Engine tools, we could decide on the best way forward streamlining Cabungs’s marketing plan whilst ensuring cost effectiveness through clever evaluative tools. Ultimately marketing is about attracting attention and the use of clever branding, logo design, web design and ‘key wording’ all play a vital role in achieving a good marketing plan.

SERVICE, SUPPORT & ADVICE
There are four levels of support with WordPress websites that we provide. The first is the vital and non-negotiable basic security and update services. This involves us making the daily ‘plugin’ updates to your WP site as well as the manual backup to the systems .JSON files. These are blueprints to the website that can be re-installed should the system crash. The second level is the regular off-site full system backup to a secure sever based away from your hosting Co. The third level of support is the most important in growing your online profile. We provide the web updates to your BLOG, data, social media including text and images. The fourth is a full photographic service covering events, photoshoots and product promotions etc. We also provide advice and marketing services where required.

Lockdown has pushed the less Internet savvy people towards placing their businesses online or at least, their sales and communications. A powerful sales tool is the use of the ‘live-chat’ option that allows instant communication between you and your potential clients as it can be routed direct to your mobile devices. Live chat can store the users details to an online database and be used for marketing campaigns and sales promotions. It is also a way of creating trust with your website visitors. It allows questions that people may not find answers to within your website. Whilst you can use the feedback forms to do the same thing, public perception is that a ‘live-chat’ is more direct and personal.

BUSINESS & SALES SUPPORT
Due to the unique nature of Cabung and having almost no competition, we were asked to handle its marketing, sales and promotions. Cabung’s new targeted audience is the automotive world and specifically the prestige automotive dealers. We created a multi-level marketing plan including exhibition work, direct sales, using the beautiful POS that we created and using the three main social media platforms that would best benefit Cabung. Facebook would attract the private user whilst LinkedIn would attract the commercial organisations. Instagram falls between the two. Daily posts on all three platforms would be undertaken. We would look to meet supercar owners to use their cars as examples to showcase Cabung and its benefits placing their photographs and story lines on social media. We sent press releases to major automotive clubs and magazines who placed FOC articles in their publications etc. Finally, we arranged appearances alongside beneficial exhibitors at major automotive shows with the newly designed POS materials we had designed. Having worked within the automotive and property sectors for over thirty years, we have extensive contacts and clients that we can call on for help and collaborations. Using our online tools via Google and other management apps, we can monitor our successes by evaluating website performance following the publication of certain posts etc.
