I was proud to join Peter Critchell of Kent Ferrari and Guy Portelli of BBC Dragons Den fame to embark of an ambitious Ferrari Art Project. Peter supplied a genuine Ferrari 206 Dino bonnet that Guy would use to create a complex mosaic of past F1 drivers and celebrity hand prints connected to Ferrari to celebrate 60 years of Ferrari and to help raise funds for BBC Children in Need. My job was to capture each of F1 drivers and celebrities placing their hands on the Ferrari bonnet. Our journey brought us into contact with many famous people including Lord March, Jackie Stewart, Ross Brawn, Nick Mason and the recently discoverd Fangio sons who were unknown to each other for decades! Finally, I approached HR Owen Ferrari in Mayfair with a view to placing the Ferrari bonnet in one of their closed auctions.
